the opportunity for you to make a legacy gift. A growing number of our members have made a vital commitment to the Island by naming the Conservancy as a beneficiary or recipient of their planning. When you inform us that you have done this, we will be honored to welcome you to our Legacy Society. Our Legacy Society is composed of core supporters with a vision for the future of Catalina Island. We hope you will consider joining them. |

We love Catalina. We are very impressed with what the Conservancy has done to return the Island back to its natural state." - Roger and Judith Wilson |
As owners of Travel by J&R, Legacy Society members Roger and Judith Wilson of Marina del Rey have traveled to 64 countries on five continents and have taken more than 14 cruises. However, after having been around the world, when it came down to making a legacy commitment, it was to the Catalina Island Conservancy.
"The pleasure and the connections we have had in Catalina dates back to the 1960s" said Roger, who is Past Commodore of the California Yacht Club.
The Wilsons have placed no stipulations on how their resources will be used. Said Roger, "We both believe that the Conservancy will know the right way to allocate the money when the time comes."
