The ninth annual Catalina Island Conservancy Ball, sponsored
this year by Balboa Yacht Club was an historic success. Held on April 3rd in
the Avalon Casino Ballroom, the sell-out event included a reception, a fabulous
dinner, silent and live auctions, dancing, and more.
The Ball's proceeds were over $375,000 and will be used to fund the work of
the Conservancy.
The Catalina Island Conservancy Ball's Second Annual Benefit Golf Tournament,
hosted by the Conservancy's member support group, the Catalina Marineros was
held the morning of the Ball and was also a great success.
