HIKING FIRE BREAKS
Fire breaks such as the one seen to the right are located near Avalon and
the Two Harbors area to prevent fires from spreading into occupied areas. These
fire breaks are NOT hiking trails or roads. In fact, it is against Los Angeles
County ordinances to hike or drive on them so please stay on the designated trails. |
