Payment – Cost for 2008 is $595 per couple or $287.50 per person. This price does not include boat transportation. Make checks payable to the Catalina Island Vacation Rentals.
Application – Complete application and mail to Catalina Island Vacation Rental, P.O. Box 426, Avalon CA 90704.
Waivers – Complete waiver and mail with application.
Participation Agreement — Complete this form and mail in with your application.
Boat Reservations – Schedule your boat transportation with one of the carriers listed on the Transportation page.
Airline Reservations – If necessary schedule your flight and shuttle allowing sufficient time to get to the boat terminal well in advance.

Food – Food provided on full service day..
Luggage – Pack all luggage that you will bring on the trip.
Physical Health – Make sure you are in good physical condition as some of the work assignments involve moderate field work.

Refund Policy: The $200 deposit is nonrefundable. There are no refunds for cancelations within 30 days of the trip.
